Basically he's a nice man and he service he used to make the dentures seemed good.
3 years ago I got upper and lower dentures that used a snap in system as opposed to one that covered the roof of my mouth. I basically paid $25,000 for everything. I thought that was going to cover all but I was wrong. They told me that future maintenance would be covered but that was wrong.
The Dr recommended to leave my last 4 teeth in my mouth because they were strong and the denture was molded to them. However 1 tooth already needed a root canal and now it needs to be removed and replaced with an implant. Which will now affect the denture. They didn't tell me I needed to come back a few times a year to replace plastic snaps at about $300 each.
Negotiating prices with the office manager is just as bad as going to a used car salesman. Every time I go back It's a very stressful situation.
Overall they really don't reveal to you the added costs of all the services. They use an outside surgeon to do the implants but they charge you 2 fees, one for the surgeon and one to use their office? Which is weird kind of double dipping.
I'm already in this process so I really have no choice unless I go to NYU's dental school or something.
