I had a cavity for about two months that I never took care of until it started to bother me one night. Dr. Pimentel's staff did their best to get me seen that day. Dr. Pimentel was very friendly and didn't make me feel bad for waiting so long to take care of my tooth. I almost fainted when she said I would need a root canal, but she explained the procedure really well and put me at ease. I am terrified of injections but she went really slow and I barely felt a thing. She started the procedure that day and gave me medication to take home. I rescheduled to come back in a week to finish. Overall, I liked her staff and the office. She was very thoughtful and it also helped that she had great teeth and a great smile.
