Although Ted is skillful as an orthodontist, his attitude toward his work and his bedside manor with patients STINKS. like the “Dr. House” of orthodontics. When you ask him questions, he would answer in a sarcastic tone. Most of the visits I’ve had with him were of that nature, he would make condescending remarks (some downright nasty) and brag about how versed he is in French. The only time he would answer my questions, and show genuine concern with me is when a PROSPECTIVE client was in the office, or when he wanted to PEDDLE his retainer insurance (which meant more visits after initial treatment). There were also times where he tried to do a rush job with the wires and brackets and after rushing me out the office, the brackets would pop off and I would have a wire dangling in my mouth. He couldn’t acknowledge his slipshod work, so he would redo everything, while he mumbled stuff under his breath. There were also days, where I showed up, and because he didn’t feel like doing the work, he rescheduled. The only way I could get him to be nice the last few months of my visit was to tell him I would consider taking the insurance. After my last visit, I told him NO.
I wouldn't recommend him at all, unless you can deal with a jackass
