He takes his time with a patient (and usually schedules with this in mind, so the next patient won't have to wait too long), going slowly, explaining everything well, working carefully, waiting for the anesthesia to set in well, etc.
He's very friendly. So is his staff.
He uses an old-fashioned drill. I don't know what it's called, but it runs on a belt.
He does not bill insurance for you: you have to pay him and seek reimbursement from insurance.
My rating for "Cost" is a guess: I really don't know how he compares to other dentists.
