I should have wrote this review about a year ago when I went to the Staten Island location for the first and last time. I was looking for a new dentist, and after doing some research, unfortunately, I decided to give this place a try.
I was under the impression that I would be getting a cleaning and X-ray in the same visit because that's how my trips to the dentist have always been. After the front desk staff called to reschedule me two different times, I waited in the office over 90 min for Venterina and her nasty attitude to merely glance at my teeth for about a minute before telling me to follow her to the front desk to schedule me for the hygienist.
After she stopped at the desk, she turned around and gave me a really dirty look. This woman was a nasty little shrew who was rude and short with me when I was sitting in the chair asking her questions, and when she turned around and looked at me like I had three heads. I expected a minimal level of politeness, especially as a new customer.
I called my insurance company to inform them I wasn't happy with the service in order to still be covered for a cleaning at another place. I would never consider giving this woman my business ever again unless my teeth were rotting.
