Went to this dentist for eleven years; it was never the friendliest office, but they got you out quickly. I recently pulled my entire family from this practice when they decided to send my daughter's bill to collections after only thirty days (she's twenty, so it's in her name). When they called me to take care of it over the phone, I told them I hadn't received a physical bill yet, and didn't want to pay it until I received one and had cleared it with her dad, who holds the insurance. She asked again if I wanted to take care of it on the phone, and I reiterated that I would like to see a bill first. And bam--they sent it to collections. It was promptly paid, and I wrote them a letter asking them to call or email to discuss, and if they would waive the additional feels considering that we'd been patients for so long and I'd always paid every bill on time; the letter was ignored and the collections letters kept coming. Risking my daughter's good credit isn't worth $38 so I paid it, but apparently it's worth more to this office than an eleven-year relationship with four patients. II'm disgusted that I even went there as long as I did if this is how much they care about their patients.
