my opinion for dr costa: service is based on the insurance that you have, if no ins. and you pay cash then he is a very nice doctor.
i would not recomend this doctor to any of my family or friends
About Hygienist: Does not have Hygienist dr costa does all, he is very rough
and rude and yelles not nice at all
