Weeks before my appointment with a new provider, I submitted a medical records relase form to Dr. Feldman's Office. When my appointment date arrived, no records were available. I called to see if they could get them in the mail today, but DIANE refused to own the problem, saying she didn't take the request to begin with, therefore a new request would have to be submitted. I asked if she could get them in the mail right away, considering I made the request weeks ago, but she informed me that current customers were more important than former ones, therefore my request would have to wait until she could find the time in her very busy schedule...and it very likely would NOT be today...even though she had nearly 6 hours before closing. Unfortunately, I have to reschedule my appointment and HOPE that Diane can make time this month to send my dental records.
