Dr. Heering did the surgery for my implant and then Dr. Shah put the tooth in. It did not hurt at all, something that surprised me. It was in the front and it looks almost completely natural. Dr. Shah was really nice and made me comfortable. He actually listened to me. The office is a nice one, but it was really cold in the waiting room. My implant is still in and everything seems fine. I'm very happy and would definitely recommend him.
About Front Desk: They were okay, but couldn't tell if they knew exactly what they were doing.
