Once you are in the office, its fine. The problem is getting there to begin with, and I don't mean the directions. It took two years for them to finally decide I needed a filling, and my dental insurance ran out before I could get find an open appointment with them to have it done. Somewhat aggressive in making sure you do the right thing, but not crossing any lines. Otherwise helpful and again, not a terrible experience at all once you have an apointment, but good luck getting one!
