Went to this dentist since they were a participating office in the UFT (teachers) insurance plan. Got x-rays and cleaning from someone who identified himself as her "brother". Claimed that I needed all my front teeth crowned. Went home to think about it and decided to get a 2nd opinion. Returned to this office to get copies of my x-rays but were told they had been lost.
