A filing I had put in by another dentist fell out, and this dentist's receptionist squeezed me into a spot they didn't even have. I had some sensitivity during the cleaning, and Dr. Cioroiu did something for me that was so simple, I was surprised no other dentist had done it before: put topical anesthesia gel on! For the filling itself, instead of whipping out the huge, scary needle, she used the same gel as before and it worked just fine. This is a doctor who really takes every consideration to keep her patients comfortable. Unfortunately the filling fell out again (must be a tricky tooth) but she squeezed me in again and is fixing it this week at no cost to me.
About Hygienist: Dr. Cioroiu did everything herself.
