Like most people, the dentist is not one of my favorite places to go, but going to Dr. Frankel I really don't mind. There are TVs to watch while their drilling or doing whatever on your teeth. They are very comprehensive, and make sure that you get the best care and treatment outcomes possible. Dr. Frankel always seems very concerned about everything that's going on in your mouth (problems, etc..). She is very nice and knowledgeable. The office is VERY warm and there's a good ambiance. The hygienist is also great! I forgot her name, but she's VERY good and nice as well. But Dr. Frankel is very meticulous and always wants to make sure everything she does is the best- and isn't that what everybody wants in a dentist? About billing and insurance, I'm not that sure exaclty what dental insurance she takes and every time I go there, I think they submit the claim (bill) to my insurance, and then I get billed for the remainder of what they don't pay. I am lucky to have found her, and I have been recommending her to other people that I know.
