Technically, Dr Sachs is a good dentist. The office is clean. The work seems well done. But this dentist does not honor appointment time--usually running from one-half to one hour late. No explanation, no apology. Making patients (customers) sit around for an hour or so in a crowded, uncomfortable room waiting for treatment is an arrogant, rude, inconsiderate waste of their time.
The front desk people are focused only on their work and conversations, not on making patient comfortable, or explaining delays.
This behavior is unprofessional. I'm looking for a new dentist.
