Where should I start? I have spoken to Dr. Sands on two occasions and both times he came across as very gruff. I made an appointment to see him and he was a NO SHOW! What kind of business is this? I was thoroughly upset. I didn't even receive a call from the office with an apology. I am definitely changing my dentist. I'd be a fool to make another appointment.
