I had been a patient of Dr. Scotts for the last twelve years..Never thought he was the best dentist by any means but my requirements had fortunately been very minimal…teeth cleanings and filling of cavities..I had complained frequently of tooth pain in one of my molars.. He kept ensuring me that all it was, was a tiny crack - that would cause me pain from time to time but since it had not gotten worse over the years I should just leave it...well fast forward during my last visit I complained again…He told me I needed a crown and that it would cost me two grand..said my insurance would cover half and the rest I could pay out over time. Had already paid him $400.. $200 every month…instead of calling me to find out why my third payment had not been received( I had been away on vacation) I got a collection letter. Was shocked not only had I been LONG standing patient but had referred at least a dozed people to him over the years. Obviously he should have fixed the crack right away..very negligent and non ethical.
Bad dentist..bad person!
