I first went to Dr. Moss by a referral. He had to replace a bridge that the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry had put in but it wasn't a correct fit. He had temporarily placed the new one, but it came out. I called his office on a Saturday and he stated I'm not seeing patients today, however you can go down the street and have Dr. X see you and treat your needs. Another occasion a patient had an emergency and on my appointment time I had to wait an hour prior to being treated as the patient left smiling at the receptionist and giving her a kiss saying your the best! Furthermore, my brother being a former dental technician and mother was paying the bills, she inquired of Dr. Moss "How many labs are you using for my son's treatment" his reply was "3 labs". Plus I believe he was doing his own lab work on the day he refused to see me, because I've seen his cubicle identical to when I would go to my brothers dental lab where he worked and saw the same equipment and the aroma of the chemicals utilized in lab work! He also had to redo the front teeth cavity he filled. I noticed that my bite was set back as the filling on the inner underside of my upper front teeth fill was causing the lower teeth to touch.he didn't advise me as of this change. He also ground the surface of several teeth when he had put other crowns that didn't fit adequately. I would not ever recommend Dr. Moss.
