Dr Ederle turned away my daughter who had just a preventive cleaning exam because Dr Ederle didn't want to see her if she was not going to continue care with her after the exam. That decision should have been made after the exam . We were not sure what Delta Dental insurance would cover but Dr Ederle didn't even give that process a chance before making that decision. At minimal, she should have given her the exam that she was scheduled for and showed up for. Instead, Dr Ederele waited until she was at the office and then turned her away. I am filing a complaint as well with the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners as well.
