On Monday, May 4, I called your office at 1:18 pm. The outgoing message stated the office was closed for lunch and to leave a message to have your call returned. I left a message with my name, phone number, and I explained that I am in a lot of pain and would like to make an appointment for first thing Tuesday morning, I did not receive a returned call.
I called a second time at 7:51 am on Tuesday, May 5, left another message including my name, phone number, and stated I was in a lot of pain and would like to make an appointment, I did not receive a return phone call.
I called a third time at 9:27 am on Tuesday, May 5 and spoke with the rude receptionist. She explained that she received the messages both yesterday and today but just didn’t call. I explained, as I did in the messages I left that I was in a great deal of pain, and she said that she just didn’t get around to it yet. I asked if I could make an appointment and she said I was not a patient. I told her I was a patient, I just had not been there in a while. She insisted that I was not a patient, and I was already put off by her not doing her job, and now calling me a liar, I asked if she found any of this appropriate. She rudely stated sorry. I again tried to explain that I was in a lot of pain and wanted to come in as soon as possible but she was too busy trying not to do her job that I hung up out of frustration.
This is by far one of the WORST experiences of my life!
I actually like Dr. Ferritto but due to her lazy, rude, racist staff, I am surprised she has any clientele.
Wise up, your staff is the first thing people see or deal with. If you have lazy, rude, racist employees, you will not have a thriving business.
