About Front Desk: There have been issues with insurance claims. The cost is very high and the method of recording treatments and costs is confusing, especially because both my husband and I go there and they put all of our treatments, etc. on one statement. This not only confuses us, but the insurance company as well. Forms for the insurance company are not filled out properly, or information is sent to the wrong company. It's exhausting having to continuously call the insurance company to try to get things cleared up.
