My prior dentist taught at Case Western in Cleveland, and I thought he was among the best. When my insurance switched to Delta Dental, I became a patient of Dr. Thiel. He is thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. He corrected two problem areas that the prior dentist should have found. I recently spoke with an oral surgeon who rated Dr. Thiel among the finest dentists in Stark County.
While I don't like the word CHEAP, Dr. Thiel does believe in quality service at reasonable fees. The office is tasteful and clean, but not really like a spa. Every dentist I know with those kinds of facilities charge patients more.
About Hygienist: Sherry is very kind and puts you immediately at ease. I was also impressed with her efficiency and rapport with the doctor.
