Front desk is attentive and seems to know all of their patients. They file insurance and take care of all the paperwork. One hygenist was not the best with children and I requested the other hygenist. They marked it in the charts and it is much easier for the kids to go to a more kid-friendly hygenist. I was worried that this could be awkward but the staff was very understanding and professional. The dentist is great.
