Do NOT go to the dentist here. My family and I are new to the area and I went to the Strongsville office for a routine cleaning. I spent an hour listening to a sales pitch for a procedure that my previous dentist never even suggested and then was told I need an antibiotic that happened to be advertised all over their walls (red flag to me!). After I declined their sales pitch the dentist spent about 20 seconds looking at my mouth and the hygienist spent less than ten minutes cleaning my teeth. The icing on the cake was the call I received today asking why I wouldn't be coming back to the office. I cited the sales pitch. The lady on the other end of the phone made it sound like I was being "dumb" and immediately got defensive (another red flag). I told her the bottom line is Hudec Dental is not the dentist for me... and she followed up with saying "Thanks for not even giving me a chance!" and hanging up on me. As a whole this is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office... They are pushy and unprofessional. Might I also add this was all after the gut feeling I had that this place was not "nice" when I first made the appointment.
