Billing the woman did not read the notes and charged me the incorrect price until I was hesitant to give her the incorrect payment. She then realized the correct amount. The check-in receptionist always polite and was accurate on my billing prices.

About Hygienist: just began working without introducing herself. I asked her name and she pointed at her name on her lab coat for me to read it.
