I had a root canal done by Dr Villaire. The day after the second vist my tooth started hurting and my lip/face lost feeling. I called Dr Villaire but could not get a hold of him. He does not have an office staff. One day I left 3 messages (on a day he is supposed to be in the office) and two more the next day. I have not heard back from him-that was 4 days ago. I let him know I was in pain and thought something was wrong. I had to find another dentist to see me to find out what was wrong. I am very disappointed that I still have not heard from him. Since he doesn't have a staff, if he was going to be out of the office for an extended period of time he should have left that information on the machine, and left the number of another dentist that I could call in case of an emergency. To me this is not acceptable behavior from a professional.
