BEWARE!!! I went to this practice about 10 yrs ago but the work they did at that time was so horrible that I still feel the need to warn others! I admittedly had a pretty bad dental case with protruding top front, a recessed lower jaw and teeth that were in pretty bad shape. I was very self-conscious about my mouth's appearance. A row of teeth on the bottom (the front and a couple to the side) had to come out. Dr Urell made a partial to span that gap. The remaining teeth on one side of the gap were a little higher than on the other side. The partial that Dr Urell made had a slope. The top line of the teeth actually slanted from one end to the other. My natural teeth hadn't done that! It looked horrible! When I complained, he just said there was nothing they could do. It looked like a ski slope!! It was so embarrassing I actually preferred leaving it out and just having the gap! Later, I went to another dentist who made me a new partial and the top level of the teeth was nice and level and even... and it fit great! So....it was certainly possible all along but Dr Urell just didn't care!! Unfortunately, it was too late by then to go back for malpractice! His attitude stunk too! He was condescending and uncaring!
