I have been seeing Dr. Hoban since about 2001. He was recommended by a friend who is a dental hygenist. I have recommended his office to a number of people and many of my former co-workers now see Dr. Hoban. I have had crowns, replacement fillings, etc. and I have never been dissatisfied (not even close). Dr. Hoban is very conservative and won't try to "upsell" you services you don't need. His services usually cost more than insurance will cover (typically $5-30 extra for a periodic exam and cleaning) but I feel it is well worth the extra cost. Dr. Hoban's office is also very good with kids--my two young daughters have never had a problem going there. If I ever need to visit another dentist, Dr. Hoban will be the "gold standard" against which I will measure anyone else.
