Communication is very poor. I was told that a temporary filling I had put in in October would last until January when I had more insurance. In November I was told it was vital to get a permanent filling put in because temporary ones only last a couple weeks.
Dr. Kaseff is very slow. My previous dentist would complete the same procedures in half the time it takes Dr. Kaseff. Unfortunately, my previous dentist is 3 hours away now.
Billing is a HUGE problem. Bills are not itemized so you're not sure what you are paying for. I have been quoted one thing in the office only to get a much bigger bill in the mail.
