Dr. Don is not only a great dentist, he a great human being. I have always felt that perhaps he missed his calling as an artist or something very creative, as he has an extremely kind, un-dentist like demeanor. His sweet and gentle personality lends itself well to relaxing his patients. Everyone in my family sees Dr. Don...yes, he's that good. His office staff is not as kind as he is, however, and there have been some "scuffles" with the office staff, including a bill accidentally being sent to a collection agency (!). This is why i gave "customer service" the lowest rating. However, I always keep in mind that Dr. Don and his office staff have two different jobs, so he remains at the top of my list eternally. Indeed, Dr. Don DOES rock!
