Very long wait, every time you go in. People are unfriendly, seems like they just want to get the job done. Not very comforting when they are in your mouth with tools. I have heard him say negative things when have been in there.
I recommended someone in my family go there, and it was an emergency. So when we got there we waited about an hour, went out to the car for a drink of water and when we came back in they had called the next person. Even though, they saw us sitting there for an hour. They were still going to take the other patient instead of us.
the ladys in the office also need to be more knowledgable about insurance.
About Hygienist: Always nice, polite and friendly.
