In 20 years that we have been patients, no negatvie experiences. Pleasant and knowledgable staff, on time appointments, some evening and weekends appointments, never felt pain Dr. S uses a very cool method to only numb the area he is working on, practices less is more, they handle all my insurance filing. Computer X-Rays now are fast and instant results. Warning, you better be a Cleveland Indians Fan! I can't tell you costs because my insurance usually covers it. And very rarely do we need anything other than 6 month check up, cleaning and X-Rays.
About Hygienist: All hygienists are very gentle and do a great job cleaning.
