Timothy Hughes has been my dentist for more than 12 years. I have always been impressed with his work. He make me proud of my smile again. He does outstanding work and he has always appeared enthusiastic about his profession. He is a true professional. In my time with him, I have introduced other friends to his services, and they also continue to use him. However, I have not had my teeth cleaned for over a year because he has a new staff, which I found to be all young and generally rude, maybe only to us old folks. They don't send the little postcards reminders or call for regular appointments like the old staff. The last time I was there, one of his staff members put on rubber gloves to look into my mouth, and then she took them off and set them on the tray. One fell to the floor. She picked it up, and then she said, "I need to see in your mouth again," as she put the same gloves that she had dropped on. I told her no. In closing, Hughes is still a brilliant dentist. On a scale of 1 to 10, I still give him a 10. On his young staff who I found to have poor bedside manners, and were rude, I give them a 2. They are smart, but they don't have the attitude I want to find in my doctor's office.
