Office staff very nice and friendly. My daughter is the patient, she's 13 now and was very nervous about going to the dentist at first. Dr. Theobald put her at ease and has even done a filling without her having a melt down.
Insurance has always been a breeze as they will file for you and bill you for whatever the insurance doesn't pay. Most places demand money up front, but they don't.
All in all a good experience for me and my daughter.
