Attempted to overcharge for services. Continually gave misinformation about insurance claims. He claimed that the service being rendered were not covered therefore he had to file them under a different code. After a call to the insurance company, we discovered that this was all false. He filed the services as they were performed and was paid at the rate HE negotiated to with the company. END RESULT - Make sure that you know your ins and outs of your insurance before you go to Michael. He will try to tell you lots of little stories about what is going on that is not true. Watch your bill and only pay what your insurance says you owe him. Keep copies of your EOB's for proof.
