I went to see Dr. Baumann because he was close to my new job. He seemed fine at first, but when the procedure began he seemed arrogant and ended up totally messed up my mouth. He did a difficult procedure and instead of referring me to a specialist he tried to deal with this difficult procedure himself and ended up destroying some of the bone in my gumline. He didn't even tell me that my gumline was visably deformed until I looked in the mirror and asked what happened!! The area is still sore years later and I've constantly had problems with it. His assistant was nasty when the appliance ordered was the wrong size and broke when it was placed, so they acted like they were "put out" to have to order another one when they were the ones that didn't fit it propery in the first place. I would never recommend him to anyone. With his experience he should have known to send me to a endodontist instead of trying to do the job himself.
