Dr. Menser was great starting off, but as time went on, his greatness began to fade. After a few visits his concern for my pain was brushed aside, and he seemed to care more about carrying on than addressing my issues, which was not the case when I first started going. After a few visits he reported a few of my teeth to be "redone" in a cosmetic sense. However, he was the one who worked on them. It seemed he waited for the insurance time to pass so he could rake more money in on a tooth he had already done. Lastly, due to timing issues I had scheduled a cleaning, and cavity filling in one day, after the cleaning, I was sent home. The problem is I had only a rental for that one day. He either didn't make time, didn't want to work on my teeth, or there was disorganization between him and his staff.
Overall, he is very slow, wait time is long. Plan at least half a day of your time for teeth cleaning, and the whole day if it is anything more.
His office is in great need of renovations, and his equipment is outdated. Like I said, I enjoyed him for the first year, as he was gentle, kind, and concerned with me as a patient. Now, it seems to be the opposite.
