I had several root canals and crowns done here. With each visit I ended up with an infection in my gums or sinuses.
The insurance person was always rude. She always held money back and did not inform me of my over-paying after my insurance settled with her. (I had 2 insurance plans) Even though I did thousands of dollars worth of business with this dentist, they sill threatened to turn over an outstanding bill ( about 150 dollars) to a collection agency for being 30 days late. Funny how they had always had to wait at least 30 days for the first insurance to pay and sometimes up to 3 months for the secondary to pay. They never complained before. They accused me of ignoring phone calls ( they never called me ) and statements. I of course paid my bill and cancelled my patronage with them.
