The first visit was business as ususal, with two temporary crown used to replace broken crowns on both upper front teeth. The problem came at the next visit to put on the permanents, when Dr. Cozort rushed in, ripped out my two front temporary crowns with no anesthetic; pissed off because her daughter had a potty-training accident that morning and she was mad that her assistant couldn't get this done without her being present; which isn't that the dentist's job anyway? I was crying in the most horrible pain I think I've ever experienced and it was like she pretended not to even notice. If that wasn't bad enough, these crowns were the wrong color, yet she put them on with permanent glue. I had to re-schedule to go in again and get this first set cut off and new ones made that matched. I had nightmares for several weeks related to this horrific ordeal, and I had to have Zanax called in before I would return to her office for the second set of permanent crowns to be put on. I am certainly no wussy and I actually enjoyed going to the dentist until this horrible experience.
