I had to return to the office 7 times for one root canal. When I spoke with him about the return visits he became upset. I have a reaction to latex so that is marked on my chart and after 6 visits my chart is clearly noted. Dr. Dudley worked in my mouth with latex. He not informing me of such. I started to itch allover and couldnt brreath. Dr. Dudley cont. to work on me hurting my lips and jaw and dug into my gums making them bleed and mind you I was not numb. OMG!! Dr. was truly a nightmare
