I had several porcelain crowns placed in the front upper mouth. I started to see light stains on the procelain crowns about a year after placing them.Real porcelain won't stain. I called the doctor and explained my concern. I was told the guy who made my crowns skipped town. I asked about warantees etc and she did not answer my question. Only stating that the guy who made the crowns had left town. The doctor told me she is very busy and had personal problems and taxes to do so she wouldn't be able to see me for over 6 weeks. I then expressed that i had spent thousands dollars on these crowns and as a long time patient at her practice spending this much money i am not satisfied with having been scheduled 7 weeks out for what would be a 15 minute appt. She did not respond. All communication was done between her assistant and i. She would not get on the phone. Highly unprofessional and is not trustworthy to back up her work if something is not going as expected. She will blow you off and do what she can to get rid of you rather than admit she needs to show integrity and do the right thing.She is so worried she will have to take responsibility for bad dental work practices that she will try to chase you off if you have an issue
