Let me say that this has been the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. They neglected to tell me that they will not do a cleaning on the first visit. I was only informed of this after a full set of x rays and an 10 minute consultation on why he is the best (I prefer to be shown, not told). They then proceeded to tell me that they might consider doing my cleaning today (during the appointment that I had scheduled over 3 weeks in advance) had the hygenist not needed to pick up her children. I too have children and somehow manage to fulfill my other obligations.
I decided I would not be visitng there again so I requested my dental records to be forwarded to me. I was told they could email those to me without a problem. I had to call the next day, as I still did not have my records. I was assured again that they would be emailed to me. A few hours later, I receive an email from their office. This email did not contain my records, but instead contained a disclosure saying they would provide them to me once I paid a $25 fee. I can't begin to describe how infuriated I am by this office and their money grubbing techniques. Save yourself time and money and find a dentist elswhere.
