I went in for yearly appointment - great atmosphere, nice staff. Dr Herr was great until I had a problem with a "too large" crown. He was very angry when I refused the crown because it was too large. He made a new one and when the asst could not get it in my mouth, he came in and forced it in. The whole side of my face was in pain for 3 weeks. I returned and he did an xray and stated that the tooth was cracked and I would need a root canal. I was also charged for an office visit and the xray he took to check on HIS previous work. I've had nothing but problems with EVERY procedure he performed. I'm very unhappy with his uncaring attitude when I was having obvious problems with his work. I would never reccomend him to anyone.
