I saw Dr. Krokum (name fits perfectly) about five years ago for some dental work and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist! He had tremendous trouble numbing my gums and actually started to get impatient with me after I told him I was still uncomfortable with him drilling. He actually gave a very noticeable sigh signaling his frustration. He did a crown on one of my molars and I was almost in tears from the sensitivity while he was doing this. Again, not very proficient with numbing. I felt like I was biting on foil and for most people it's one of the most uncomfortable feelings to be had. A little over a year later I had to have that tooth extracted because of the poor dental work that resulted in an abscess. Also, he failed to install a post in another molar that had a root canal done on it. The crown he put on that tooth was done poorly with a lot of spacing between the gum and the crown. A couple years later I had to have work done on that tooth again but this time I went to a different dentist. She noticed that a post had never been put in after the root canal. She could not believe that had happened and asked where I had my work done. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!
