I recently was a patient at dr spanglers office. I was really disappointed at how the front office looked. The magazines were disorganized as well the childrens play area. When was the last time the toys were disenfected? The front desk should be taking care if this and really cleaning them. The front desk receptionist Cindy was completely unprofessional and spoke down to me. I have a masters degree and do not appreciate a person judging me especially when they do not know me. As for the back office. My doctor and dental assistant were completely professional, friendly, and welcoming. They worked really hard and gave me the best possible care. Lisa is a wonderful assistant. She was great at multitasking and making sure the dr had everything he needed. I would recommed
the drs and back office staff but be aware of the front desk receptionists. Make sure your treatment is written correctly and billed correctly.
