Hands down the WORST customer service from a dental office I have ever experienced. I saw an ad on AmazonLocal and called to clarify some questions and concerns I had. Upon calling, the receptionist Clara started to go into some costs of the Invisalign program. Upon my questions to clarify the wide range she quoted me ($4k-$7k) she reacted in an extremely unprofessional and condescending tone. She kept pushing me to come in and tried to backtrack on the cost of the procedure. My concerns were simply to have idea of how the cost breakdown would be. She then HUNG UP ON ME abruptly. I called back and asked if we were disconnected and ONCE AGAIN she was very rude and tried transferring me to another receptionist but without surprise, all of the office lines were occupied at that time. WOW for a potential revenue generation of $4k-$7k she really dropped the ball and I WILL NEVER give my business to Dr. Zamani's establishment. I feel bad for the Dr. because he has no idea his front desk girls are treating potential new patients like this, especially after he runs an ad on AmazonLocal to drive in more business (most likely focused at new patients).
