Soon after I moved to Hillsboro, one of my teeth started giving me trouble. Since I did not know any dentists in the area, I chose Kiley and Roberts since they were close to my work. Big mistake. I came expecting treatment since I was in discomfort (filling, crown, whatever). However, Dr. Kiley after taking an X-ray shot and looking at my tooth said he couldn't see anything wrong with it and sent me home. Two days later I was back in the office to follow up since the tooth was still hurting. Although I had an appointment they kept me waiting for an hour with a very indifferent receptionist totally ignoring me. Finally, when I got in, Dr. Kiley told me again that he couldn't see anything wrong with the tooth and suggested I do not chew on that side. I had to tell him that I would go and see another doctor with more modern equipment and better understanding of patients. I mean it hurts, why question me about this? Am I imagining my discomfort to gain several minutes in a comfortable chair with a drill in my mouth? This dentist and his office did not make me feel like my well-being was important to them. I definitely do not recommend this dentist. I am going somewhere else.
