This office use to be great. It has significantly grown the last 2 years now it is VERY difficult to get a regular appt even when one schdules 6 months out. Also, on more than one ocassion the office has dropped the ball on my appointment. They failed to put it in the calendar! Then, they still can not get one in for a while. My family and I will be changing dentist office. Obviously they do not need nor care for our business. I've expressed this to them and they feel this can be remedied with a $5 starbucks card. I've had enough and will start the new year with a new dentist. To top it office the staff has to argue with the patient also... Not a good thing.
