Dr. Hughes is by far the best dentist that I have ever had work on my teeth. I have seen him for fillings and quite a few crowns in the past 10 years. I have been very pleased with the quality of the crowns, his precise workmanship, the exact color match, and the perfect fit of it inside my mouth. Unlike many other dentists who I have seen previously, Dr. Hughes is a perfectionist when it comes to matching fit and color of crowns. If the color is just a little off, he will order another crown that will be perfect for your mouth. If you're not happy, he's not happy. If the fit isn't quite right, he will work with it until it is, and he never makes you feel like you're taking up his time or you are unreasonable in your request to do something. He is so nice and so down to earth. Many dentists come across as being high and mighty, but not Dr. Hughes, he is just your average likeable, humble guy, yet he is such a superior dentist!!! I am very grateful to be able to go to him when I need work done. I will never go to a different dentist the rest of my life, and I pray he never moves!!!
About Front Desk: Heather and the rest of the front office staff are just so incredible!!! Talk about feeling right at home! I can talk to Heather and feel like we've been friends forever. She is super friendly and just about the most dear person ever! And in addition to her sweet and kind personality, she really knows her insurance stuff! She is super savy with all the necessary information about payments and insurance. I always feel like I can count of Heather to take good care of me, and if there's a problem or a question, she always knows the correct answer, and if she doesn't she will find out and call me later! Now that's excellent customer service!!!
About Hygienist: Melissa is such an excellent hygienist. She pay attention to detail and does a very thorough cleaning job with my teeth. My teeth always feel super clean and slick when she's done. She is so pleasant and has such a sweet personality. I highly recommend her to anyone!!!
