Dr. Arend is a nice person and I believe her dentristy is just as good as anyone else. I started taking my family there when my children were little and it always bothered me that I could never be with them during dental visits. This always left me with the impression that they were hiding something. With my previous dentist, he always welcomed me into the room and explained what was going on etc. The work done has always been quality, I just think they could improve in the area of patient relations. I like an atmosphere that is more personable.
