I first visited Dr. Gross about four years ago, and was impressed that this is a doctor who actually takes the time to sit down with you and spend time talking about the health of your mouth, teeth, and discuss options for services. At the time, my wife was not covered by dental insurance, things were tight, and Dr. Gross was kind enough to check her teeth for a nominal charge.
Since then I spent a few years out of town. During that time my wife and I had some bad experiences with dentists who are focused on cosmetics and high cost procedures rather than concern about the health of one's teeth in the long run. To make a long story short, I am now going back to Dr. Gross despite the long commute. He is a dentist I feel I can trust, and if he recommends something I can be sure it is the right thing. When it comes time to sort out the bill, Pamela is very helpful working things out with the insurance company. Also, don't let the downtown location scare you... your free parking will be validated.
I feel that I am now getting great care from Dr. Gross who is very knowledgeable, skilled, and honest.
